Whereas, the seller with full corporate authority and responsibility certifies, warrants and makes an irrevocable firm commitment that we can fulfill the requirements of this agreement to sell and provide the commodity herein mentioned in a timely manner in accordance with the terms and conditions specified and agreed hereafter.

The product subject matter of this agreement shall be aurum utallium (au) 22+



Carats 96.5% minimum purity.



PROCEDURE



• The buyer or his representatives are expected in Accra-Ghana at seller’s office to begin the transaction. All transaction procedures are subject to full negotiation and agreement with acceptance by both parties.



• After buyer’s inspection of the gold bars, seller and buyer will test the product at a recognized refinery in Accra to ascertain the exact purity and quality of the gold.



• Buyer shall make available 3.5% of the total cost of the gold based on the LME price of the day, to enable seller’s appointed shipping agent facilitate the logistics and procurement of all the required legal export documents in having the gold shipped direct to buyer’s destination; while the balance payment of 96.5% outstanding total cost of the gold shall be discussed and agreed upon by both parties before the gold is exported from Ghana to buyer’s choice of destination for final assay.



SHIPPING DOCUMENTS



The shipment will be carried out by an independent shipping company approved by the Ghana minerals commission to buyer’s choice of destination. Each shipment shall be offered with following documentations:



• Commercial invoice



• Certificate of origin



• Ownership certificate



• Packing list



• Bank of Ghana form a and movement certificate



• Assay report issued by a certified laboratory. (paid for by buyer)



• customs declaration fees / tax clearance documents
