Please find attached Au summary (SCO) in Swiss.



Basic Procedure is :-



1- Seller give Summary(SCO) to the Buyer. (attached here).



2- Buyer disclose bank details by LOI.



3- Seller also disclose same to Buyer by SCO or FCO.



4- Seller’s bank officer will contact Buyer’s bank officer.



5- Respective bank officer verify/confirm POP and POF by swift.



6- Respective bank officer sign and exchange SPA.



Maybe the Video conference will be held, if it is required.



7- Both Representative or Respective bank officer will have



Discuss and submit all necessary documents to each other.



(DCL, SKR, POF and so and so).



8- The transaction will start.



Our Japanese team (4 people together) connect Seller directly.
