In this case client gave us his design and floor plan our associates redesigned the house in autocad programme to scale

Once approved house was completed in factory in 30 days

The factory do charge a design fee $500.00 if using your design this is deducted from the project cost if you proceed

They had to introduce a fee because some firms were using us to do redo all their designs then have the house locally built .
