FCA/FAS Durban – (Two months’ average of LME index minus 4 (five) % (percentage) per MT) plus logistics costs



First delivery: 5 days for FCA Ndola, 15 days for FCA/FAS Durban after LC date



Contract terms: 12 months contract



Payment Terms: BG, SBLC, or 70% provisional payment



Inspection: SGS, or Chemistry analysis at Seller’s cost at warehouse/POL



TRANSACTION PROCEDURES:



1. Buyer & Seller exchange KYC documents



2. Buyer issues an ICPO with previously agreed procedures



3. Parties sign SPA



4. Sellers sends to Buyer the following PPOP documents:



a. Copy of Q&Q by SGS report at warehouse



b. Copy of COA



c. Copy of Stock confirmation



d. Proforma invoice



5. Buyer’s bank issues BG, or SBLC MT 760 to Seller’s bank.



6. Buyer provides



a. For FCA Ndola option – Copy of delivery contract with Steinweg



b. For FCA/FSA Durban – Vessel and laycan details



7. Loading starts



8. Seller sends to Buyer Full POP documents:



a. 3/3 originals of BL



b. Q&Q by SGS at warehouse for FCA Ndola, or at POL for FCA/FAS Durban



c. COA



d. Commercial invoice



9. Buyer’s bank releases full payment to the Sellers receiving bank account within three (3) banking days.
