BENEFITS OF OWING THE PPPRA OIL LICENCE & COMPANY ASSETS.



1 The license is used for imoortation of finished crude oil products.

2 The license is not transferable so the interested Buyer is buying the while company assets.

3 The company is owned by an Elder statesman and the buyer will enjoy the luxury of having him to be part of your Board of Directors ( if and if only the Buyer want for the sake of attracting deserved favor and privileges in the country.



4 The buyer will have access to Intervention funds in the Central Bank Of Nigeria, which guaranteed his company an exchange rate of #306/$1.



5 The company is designed to benefit from subsidy for every import of crude oil finished product to Nigeria.



6 If the potential buyer is capable of delivering up to 6 times in a Quarter of a year, he will make up to $9Bil profits in every quarter of the year.



7 The license is renewable every two years. The company is capable of delivering up to 6m barrels of crude oil per month in form of Free On Board ( FOB).

Federal government only gave 40 companies PPPRA license in Nigeria and this company is part of them.

PROCESS FOR THE SALE



1 Letter of Intent/ Expression of interest from the interested Buyer with attached comprehensive company profile.



2 Response from the seller with Date/ Time/ Venue for Table top meeting with the Sellers Rep and Lawyer, Buyer Rep and Lawyer and Facilitators Rep. Sight of the copies of the license documents and sighting of the Buyer Proof Of Fund.



3 Offer letter with attached Proof Of Fund and Authority to verify.



4 if acceptance , verification of license at PPPRA office and verification of buyer POF.



5 NCNDA/ IMFPA, between both parties facilitators group wit their bank cordinate registered & deliver to each party.



6 Payment term with the agreed mode of payment between both patties.



7 Payment of all facilitators in agreement within 24 hours of payment.
