Each diamond has 50 carats and the total price is $ 14,900,000.00 ($ 7450000 each), with the 3% commission included.



PROCEDURE: As usual, the Malca Amit KYC form (attached) must be completed by the buyer and not the broker to prepare the proforma invoice for shipping and viewing.



If the buyer already has a Malca Amit account, they can simply write their Malca account number and the date, sign and send with a copy of the passport.



Sales procedure;



Formal LOI + NCDA + IMPFA + 3% Commission Recognition



To start the sale, I need a formal LOI + NCDA + IMPFA + 3% Commission Recognition.



The commission is 3% of the sale price to be paid by the buyer.

SELLERS SIDE: 1.5% CLOSED.



BUYER SIDE: 1.5% BUYER PART
