Sell Side Consultant .

• Step 2 : Seller & Buyer has the first meeting, signing MOU/NDA and disclose detail information for DD.

• Step 3 : Buyer to open escrow account with in nominated Bank, start DD and issue Binding Offer to Seller after DD

• Step 4 : Buyer & Seller sign SPA, legal procedure to handing over, payment,...

Fee (commission) agreement will be signed according to Vietnamese law not over 3% for the sell side and buy side 1.5%-1.5% of the total success price negotiated, including value added tax (vat) 20%.
