3. Buyer signs and seals FCO/SCO, SPA and NCNDA according seller offer returns to seller and seller returns signed and sealed.



4. Buyer and Seller shall review, sign and seal Contract (SPA) and DLC Draft.



5. Buyer provide LC Swift copy to bank AND Buyer will order to bank and open DLC AND SBLC released to the Seller bank.



6. Seller provides Certificates and proof of product (video of product with date and name of buyer or mandate) and 2% PB no problem.
