Railway scrap: FCO, Draft contract picture

first of all I would like to thank you all for the interest show in earlier offer.



I have talked with our partners and we found a better (cheaper) offer.



We know the seller personally and we have inspected the yard also personally.



The stock is, actually , stored in different locations in Kenya. Totally 1.2 million MT.



Attached you will find a picture and I can send you, as POL, on request, also two videos, by WhatsApp or Skype (because the movies have a large volume)



The seller has all the requested export licenses.



An inspection can also be done.



The draft contract (and the FCO) is attached. Yu find there the answers to all of your questions (as payment procedure and so on).



We had already some problems with the previous client (who signed the contract but haven’t been able to open the LC, so we need as soon as possible LOI with complete data of the seller. We can sign the NCND in case you need it.



Never the less, in order to avoid any misunderstanding, the rule will be first come, first served.
