SOFT OFFER (PRESENTATION) - PHILIPPINES ORIGIN CHROME ORE CONCENTRATE (Cr2o3)



Firm quotation shall be made against receipt of each specific inquiry stating exact required quantity, based on Break-Bulk shipment (a shipload of minimum about 20,000 metric tons), grade required (either 40% or 35% or 30% Cr2o3),



1. COMMODITY AND SPECIFICATIONS

Commodity: Chrome Ore Concentrate (Cr2o3)

ORIGIN: Philippines;

PRICES: In USA Currency, per Metric ton, FOB Cagayan De Oro Port (Mindanao Island Philippines)

GRADES (Cr2o3): 30% 35% 40%

RATE: 197 208 267

SIZE/SPCS : For all grades: Mixed Ore (Fines and Lumpy) (Fines 10mm 60%) / (Lumps Ore +10 mm 40%);

QUANTITY: 60,000 metric tons; (Partial shipments each of about 20,000 metric tons could be possible);

NOTE: Buyer may place order mix grades based under one vessel of about 20,000 metric tons;

DETAILED ANALYSIS: As per the Analysis report to be issued from the Intl recognized Inspection Agency;

PACKING MODE: Bulk (in hull);

LOADING: vessel by bulk

START OF LOADING: 20 days upon bank confirmation of L/C

LONG TERM CONTRACT : Could be discussed after successful completion of an initial delivery/shipment;

INSPECTION: From SGS or CIQ at the port of origin, at sellers cost;

PAYMENT TERMS: Banks Confirmed Irrevocable Letter of Credit, 100% Invoice value payable at sight,

against documents before dispatch and upon presentation of shipping documents,

Government permits and clearances.



COMMISSION: The indicative quoted prices are net without any commission, the intermediary, if any,

may add a nominal commission in the quoted prices.



DELIVERY: Contracted cargo shall be delivered at the Port of Loading as per the Charter Party terms, however terms of the Charter Party has to be shared with the seller immediately on signing the charter party between the buyer and the shipping company.

CHARTERING: At the request of the buyer, the seller shall be pleased to assist the buyer to arrange the vessel through the sellers shipping advisers.

ORIGIN: Philippines;

PRICE: In USA Currency, per Metric ton;

GRADE (Cr2o3): 48% +

RATE: In the USA Currency, @ US$388.00 (USA Dollars Three Hundred Eighty-Eight per metric ton;

SIZE: Fines and Lumpy and in Powder Form:

(Fines ore minus 10mm plus in powder form 90% - Lumps Ore +10 mm 10%)

SPECIFICATIONS (Elemental): Al2O3: 12% / SiO2: 4.11% / Fe: 11.50% / MgO: 16.0% / CaO: 2.44%

QUANTITY: 5,000 (About five-thousand) metric tons per month;

START OF LOADING: 20 days upon bank confirmation of L/C;

PAYMENT TERMS: Banks Confirmed Irrevocable Letter of Credit, 100% Invoice value payable at sight,

may add a nominal commission in the quoted prices. Just for reference, intermediary is advised not to add high percentage of commission, normal commission ranges between US-Cents 0.50 to US-Cents 0.75 per metric ton.
