NB: As you are all aware, we need to clarify our presence; we offer the services of our website and platform to sell these art works on behalf of owners and estates. We provide the art work and approve the interested party which is requested by the Estate Attorneys responsible for these paintings. We require a full (LOI) Letter of Intention with the buyers full details confirming his interest and committing to our price offer. As for the POF, we do not necessary require the buyers bank statements but we do require a Lawyers letter or a bank managers letter stating that the buyer has the capabilities of purchasing the required item.



Once we have this, and you are approved, we will introduce you directly to the selling party.
