LOADING BY TRUCK FROM THE WAREHOUSE IS PAID BY THE SELLER, FROM THEN ON THE COSTS ARE THE BUYERS.

THE QUANTITY PURCHASED MUST BE WITHDRAWN WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE WAREHOUSE IN THE PORT OF MIAMI, AFTER THOSE 30 DAYS YOU MUST PAY 5,000 DOLLARS IN MONTHLY RENT TO THE WAREHOUSE.
