2) 75mm eps sandwich panel for wall and roof

3) 18mm plywood & MGO board+pvc tile for floor

4) with 1 aluminum double glazed hinged door(W1260*H2000mm), 10 pvc double glazed sliding windows(930*930mm), 1 bathroom exhaust fan ;

5) with electricity, DB box, switch, sockets, A/C sockets, wires, etc.;



6) with bathroom(shower ,shower tray,seat toilet,wash basin,plumbing)



7) with L shape kitchen



the advantage of our 40ft expandable container house is as follows



1. because 40ft is very long,we are using #12 channel beam for main frame,the thickness is 6mm,now 3.5mm is common thickness in the market.



2. our wall and roof is 75mm thickness,now 50mm is common thickness in the market



3. for two sides folding floor,because it is too long and heavy,we are using lighter weight but stronger plywood,now MGO or fiber cement board is common material in the market.plywood is about double price of the other two materials.
