General Information:



- The Capsule house is a turnkey solution.

- It is transported as a complete unit in flat rack container, and cannot be disassembled.

- External dimensions are fixed, while internal layouts are flexible and can be customized according to your preferences.

Pricing Terms:



- All prices are in USD.

- The mentioned costs cover the factory price, FOB charges in Shenzhen, and estimated shipping costs to Canada (as example however say to Korea is around $1000.

- 50% down payment is required before production.

- we can start this project with our design department, who will provide you with CAD and 3D renderings based on your requirement.

The design cost is $1,000 USD, and it is deducted from your order when you place order with us.
