Currently, the client firm is producing a $48.5 million dollar action-adventure film with tremendous potential.

While investor returns cannot be guaranteed, the current attached comparative pro-forma indicates a conservative worldwide box office minimum of $160 million, with anticipated returns of $300 million, and potentially more.



For a limited time, offering 500 LLC units for this production, each priced at $10,000 + 10% commissions to friends and family, which is $5 million total in sum. These units, which income will be reported under K1s, come with a first-out return of 20% on the investment.

In addition, 50% of all worldwide revenue from all sources will be distributed pro rata to the equity investors in perpetuity. The investment is collateralized by the IP, trademarks, copyrights and patents of the project.

The film is scheduled for release in Q4 of 2024, with initial revenue distributions expected in Q1 of 2025.

Our accounting and distribution processes are handled by Freeway Entertainment, a trusted Cash Accounting Management Agency (CAMA).

To bridge the gap between our in-house equity raise and the production budget, we have secured a commitment from one of our large institutional investors.
