??Hospital equipment for sale in Germany

Sale of the entire inventory of a German clinic that was recently closed due to structural changes in the supply area:

For sale is a relatively new hospital facility with CT, MRT, digital X-ray system and endoscopy only replaced in 2020 to 2021.



In some places, new medical technology such as CT was only purchased 2-3 years ago for a new price of €1,850,000.00.

Also the almost new MRT for purchase price 2019 of 2,185,000.00 €.



For self-dismantling asking price: 10 million €, dismantling must be completed in limited time.



In the professionally dismantled state a total of approx. 50 to 60 full containers are expected.

Sale of the cpl. moveable inventory of the clinic

Seller expect a LOI from prospective buyer with its asking price. The offer price of €11.4 million in the dismantled and packed state is not to be seen as a fixed price, i.e. a basis for negotiation. The interested party can also take over the complete dismantling himself, within a time window of a maximum of 6 to 8 weeks agreed with the owner of the object. Support is guaranteed.



Procedure

1. Submission of a LOI and BCL by interested parties.

2. ?Payment of a reservation fee of € 200,000.00 into escrow so that we can see the seriousness of the prospective buyer.

3. Immediate inspection of the cpl. Setup if interested in buying

4. First installment of at least 50% of the purchase price, also on escrow account of the trustee.

5. Dismantling or self-dismantling of the clinics complete movable inventory.

6. Before loading, the remaining payment of the purchase price.

7. Warranty guarantee for independent dismantling is not granted. Any taxes, duties and customs duties incurred when crossing the border are borne by the buyer. In the event of any damage to the property by the buyer, the buyer himself is available to the owner for any financial expenses or renovation work.



Note: New equipment will be @ 40-50 million Euro, and delivery 2-3 yrs.
