This is a brief summary of what we have going on right now in Perú.



A condominium and construction project in Arequipa, Peru - about US$11,500,000, this has cash flow statement, executive summary and CIS.

16 different condominiums projects in the worth of about US$320,000,000, this one also has cash flow statement, executive summary and CIS.

We also have a contract from the government to maintain dry docks, for mainly large ships over a 500km extension along the seacoast of the states of Lima, Ancash and Ica. Is an on going contract.

Several carbon deals in the Amazon region also.

Educational Institutions: Developing schools, universities, and vocational training centers is essential for cultivating a skilled workforce and fostering educational advancement in these new urban hubs.

Safety and Emergency Services: Establishing police stations and rapid response systems will enhance public safety and emergency preparedness, ensuring that these cities are secure and resilient.

Commercial and Social Infrastructure: To support daily life and economic activity, we will create commercial districts with restaurants, businesses, and recreational facilities. This will provide residents with essential services and contribute to vibrant community life.
