Used Hospital beds Offer



In extension of our first hospital bed offer I am glad to present you this offer for beds and accesories.



Some of the delivery conditions have been mentioned in the previous offer.



The supplier is a major “reconditioning company” and their products go out only after totally being reconditioned by a dedicated warehouse staff , the life expectancy is at least for another 10 to 15 years or more.



Our beds are from famous Dutch and German brands like Oostwoud, Arnold, Etesmi, Volker, Haelvoet, Mertens, HillRom and Stiegelmeijer and are completely refurbished technically as well as visually and are like new again and after this reconditioning completed with a newly covered medical mattress.



Our beds go to well appreciated customers all over the world and last year we exported almost 4.000 beds to 50 different countries.



Pictures of our workshop were our dedicated staff prepares the used hospitalbeds and the spray paint cabin were we freshly paint the beds.



How do we load:



We can load up to 50 complete sets in a 40 ft high-cube container, beds will be stacked 4-high with protection wood in between the beds and protection wooden brackets under the beds, the mattress will be used between the beds and the container side to secure a save Ocean crossing without damages.

Documents;



We will provide a full set of documents including a pro-forma invoice, packinglist, custom export document.



This full set of documents will be with the CMR (transport truck documents) with the truck for import of your goods.



Humanitarian documents;



We can also provide a set of humanitarian documents, your recipient has to register himself as a humanitarian recipient and we present a pro-forma invoice, free gift certificate and humanitarian packing list.

Normally by doing this you will not pay import tax and VAT.



How do we work / What are our payment conditions?



If we, after negotiating agree the price for your project we will provide a pro-forma invoice.



To secure your order we ask you to make a 25% downpayment.



After we received the downpayment your order is secured will be the next one in line to be prepared.



As soon as you order is ready we will update you with pictures and ask you to make the transfer for the 75% balance.



After receiving the balance / full payment we will book a container and load your order.
