9. Warehouse fee: 15 days after production finished and shipping notification,1% of invoice amount each day warehouse fee will be charged by seller.

10. Contract termination: Seller has the right to terminate the contract after 30 days of the production finish and shipping notification. The losses caused accordingly shall be borne by the buyer.
