2. Quantity and Availability



· Trial Shipment: 30,000 to 50,000 metric tons



· Monthly Availability: 50,000 metric tons



3. Pricing and Incoterms



· Price: USD 3.71 per point of Mn content (e.g., 42% Mn = USD 156 per metric ton). Brokers must add their commission



· Incoterms:



o FOB (Free On Board) - USD 156 per metric ton



o FAS (Free Alongside Ship) - Brazil: USD 146 per metric ton



4. Freight



We recommend some freight forwarding services



Please note:



· Customs clearance in unloading port will be the buyers responsibility.



· You are welcome to use your preferred freight forwarder.



5. Payment Terms



· For FOB: 100% payment against documents at the origin port (USD 156 per metric ton)



· For FAS:



o USD 146 per metric ton against CAD (Cash Against Documents)



o USD 10 per metric ton prepaid for FOB to FAS charges (can be handled by buyer or seller)



6. Inspection



A mutually agreed upon independent inspector will verify the quality and quantity of the manganese ore at the port of loading before shipment.



7. Delivery and Contract Term



· Delivery: Upon completion of payment and inspection.



· Contract Term: Trial shipment plus a 12-month commitment, renewable for an equal period.
