The procedures are as follows:

Interested buyers will review initial detail document.

If interested the Buyer will submit an LOI and POF with $500,000 into reputable escrow (refundable if not as presented) and then the painting will be placed on hold for 10 Days.

During the 10 days the buyer can bring their team to inspect the work of art and all the documentation related to the painting.

The painting will not be inspected in the vault itself but will be moved at the interior of the Bank.

The attorney or a representative appointed by the owner will be present for the authentication.



The LOI along with POF and deposit must be submitted prior to viewing.
