PROCEDURE AS FOLLOWS:



1. Buyer issues ICPO with Proof of Funds.



2. Buyer signs NCNDA.



3. Buyer inspects the equipment in Cairo at their own expense AFTER DEPOSIT INTO ESCROW (*Refundable if not as presented) .



3. On satisfactory inspection the Buyer opens the Letter of Credit



4. Buyer ships the equipment and the letter of credit is cashed.
