2012 TM 2500 DEAL

One is older and the other is of 2012 vintage with less than 500 hours and in very good condition.

Please see the below. Inspection may pose a problem since the area is very remote.

We have just learned that the seller IS NOW WILLING TO TRANSPORT THE TM 2500s TO THE PORT OF SHIPMENT.

So now the price is inclusive of FOB.

Eliminates a lot of trouble for the buyer.

First in First served

We have the 26 MW TM 2500 unit you asked about and a 22 MW TM 2500 unit that is older with more hours and cheaper.



Both are located in Southeast Asia.



They have advised there are no borescopes available on the 14,000 hour unit.



I am sorry if the following sounds negative but we want to make sure there are no misunderstandings. This is difficult transaction.



Both of these units are in a very remote location and difficult to get to. We have been checking the details and wish to make sure the following is clear. We are looking at 2 days travel time going and 2 days coming back. In country they tell us to allow a week. They have to arrange a private aircraft to get us to the site which requires 1 days upfront, 1 day at site 1, 1 day to second site, 1 day at second site and 1 day back. Altogether 5 days.



They have been very specific that they will not go to this trouble and expense unless the buyer proves the funding is in place, places 5% deposit into escrow and confirms the buyer is just coming to confirm existence and turbines are as represented. Closing and payment immediately after this is done. The Buyer would have to be willing to pay the Travel Expenses which would be $35,000 due to location.



If you are not interested at this point, we understand. We are just very careful we do not misrepresent anything.



Answers to previous questions.



Originally we were sent info that indicated the 2000 year unit had 53,000 hours. I questioned this and was advised that was another unit that was not available. The Used unit offered to us has 14,000 hours. The other TM 2500 has only less than 500 hours.



Price are as follows



22 MW at $13,600,000.



26 MW at $20,700,000. (only 500 hours)



We are told both units are ready to go and do not need any mechanical work before being put into operation. They still should have some filters, gaskets, etc. replaced during installation.
