Transport rolling cargo from the Port of La Guaira or Puerto Cabello to Margarita Island.

RO-RO Charter Mode: Time Charter for 2 years with purchase option.



Cargo Type: Rolling Cargo.



With capacity for more than 45 barges, each measuring 17.5 linear meters.



Loading Window: Subject to vessel availability.



Port of Loading: La Guaira or Puerto Cabello



Port of Discharge: Margarita Island.

Chartering Company: charterer SPILRON LIMITED Oceanic Shipping International Marine Management Operators OSIMMO ca (documents attached).



All terms as per Ro pax time charter



Payment Method:



as per Ro pax ferry Main terms.



As agreed in the contract. Loading Rate: 6 hours. Unloading Rate:



6 hours. Charter Rate:



Between $8,000 and $10,000 per day with a capacity of 40 to 50 barges.



Between $10,001 and $15,000 per day with a capacity of 51 or more barges.



If there is accommodation capacity, the price can be negotiated.



We require the vessel to have a rest area and driver assistance for a 10 to 12-hour voyage.



All dock arrangements and agency arrangements are handled and paid for by the charterer.



The cargo transfer will be scheduled as follows: 3 outbound and 3 return trips, and 1 day of rest and maintenance.
