Update on Siemens SGT-800 and SGT-400 Turbines



Please be advised that these units are brand new and remain unaltered, except for the requested output adjustments made at the time of order. No additional modifications have been applied. All units are currently set to 50Hz, with the option to reset them to 60Hz at the buyer’s expense.



The specifications are as follows:



6 x New 2022 Siemens SGT-800 Turbines: 54MW output (Additional details can be found in the attachment.)

6 x New 2022 Siemens SGT-400 Turbines: 12.9MW output (Additional details can be found in the link below as well as attachment.)

Additionally, we would like to inform you that we have received interest from a second buyer in the USA, who has requested that we reserve the six SGT-800 turbines while they finalize their funding. To move forward, I have requested a Letter of Intent (LOI) and Proof of Funds (POF), which may take some time to process. This presents an opportunity for your client to secure the deal ahead of them. Alternatively, we can focus solely on selling the six SGT-400 turbines to the US-based buyer if that is preferable.



There is absolutely no pressure—my intention is simply to keep you informed, as I truly value our business relationship and look forward to working on these deals together.

Deposit Requirement



A mandatory deposit of 5% is required upon issuance of the invoice to confirm the buyer’s intent and commitment to the transaction. This step ensures security for both parties and facilitates inspection arrangements.



Program for Collaboration



To proceed with the transaction, we kindly request:



1. Signing a Non-Circumvention, Non-Disclosure Agreement (NCNDA)



2. Submission of a Letter of Intent (LOI) with project details and proof of funds.



3. Contract preparation upon successful negotiation.



Documentation & Inspection



All supporting documentation and package details are available upon request. Serial numbers for package and core engine will be confirmed upon order placement.
