• Dismantling-Ready: All systems modular and feasible for relocation

Key Systems Description



Genset:

Diesel engine + synchronous generator on a flexible base



Engine Modules:

Lubrication, fuel, cooling, and exhaust modules

Steam tracing, separators, silencers, etc.



Black Start Unit:

Independent generator for startup without grid support



Fuel Treatment:

Separator units with pumps and heaters



Compressed Air System:

For engine start and pneumatic operations



Cooling System:

Low-temperature & high-temperature water circuits



Charge Air System:

Turbocharged and intercooled intake air



Exhaust System:

Heat recovery + noise reduction



Steam Generation:

Exhaust heat + auxiliary boiler



Control System:

Central + local panels, PLCs, synchronizers



Power Distribution:

MV switchgear, transformers, protection relays (HV not included)
