Availability:

3 x Siemens SGT-800 (45.3 MW) and 3 x Siemens SGT-800 (55.4 MW) located in Germany at two separate Siemens facility warehouses.

Inspection:

Inspection fee: € 250000.- EUR per unit into escrow, credited toward the final purchase price. Refundable if not as presented

Invoice for inspection fee will be issued to Buyer; full payment required prior to inspection.

Inspection duration: 3–5 days, after which the purchase agreement must be signed within 7 days.

Payment & Delivery Terms:

Binding purchase upon payment of 50% down payment upon invoice, per contract.

Delivery within 14 - 21 days, secured by full payment of the remaining 50% before loading.

Full Siemens OEM Warranty and Commissioning rights apply.

Siemens scope-of-supply requirements must be adhered to.

This offer comes directly from the owner and is backed by Siemens, with clearance for entry into the facilities on an invitation-only basis.

The inspection fee is per unit is paid to Siemens for documentation and personnel efforts as well as to secure the turbines that there is no sale to other parties. Let me explain further to provide full clarity and reassurance:

• Refund Guarantee – If the client chooses not to proceed after viewing the item, the deposit is refundable (with only a modest administrative fee, if applicable).



• Third-Party Escrow – For additional peace of mind, we are happy to arrange a trusted escrow service, ensuring funds are only released upon successful transaction completion.



• Official Receipts – Each deposit is documented with a formal receipt stating the amount, date, and use—adding transparency and accountability.



• Viewing Flexibility – We believe in informed decisions. Clients are welcome to schedule viewings, and we provide detailed photos, certifications, and documentation to support their evaluation.
