Important to know:



Regarding these ATV units being offered, I appreciate the cost vs. capability difference. Technically, nothing stops your client from going directly to manufacturers, but like many large defense companies, they do not have available ATV machines ready for 12-18 months and would most certainly not pay our offered price. My items are ready now and can be viewed with a day’s notice. Pending paperwork and license agreements could be completed in a matter of 3 weeks. While my cost is higher than the Spartan option, it includes upgraded technology and better performance for advanced terrains. Spartan machines from pre-1985 will generally be cheaper than those from the early 2010s, but this may result in potential breakdowns or component failures in the CRV models due to wear and tear.



Terms & Conditions:



Payment Terms: A 15% deposit is required to secure the sale and activate the pre-delivery services and inspections.

Inspection & Verification: Viewing either by SGS or direct Buyer is agreed upon receiving confirmed deposit, and a final inspection will be conducted before shipment. If, at the inspection, the vehicles are not in the offered condition the deposit is paid back. In case the inspection is OK and the client does not conclude the contract (7 days after inspection) the deposit is kept. If the client closes the contract, the deposit is put in balance.

Delivery Schedule: Immediately available

Warranty: The equipment has a warranty of 6 months or 1,000 hours, whichever occurs



first, as long as the equipment and main components are maintained according to the



periodic maintenance tasks contained in the Maintenance Manual(s) supplied by Seller.
