Still can develop for acct Algerian chrts , who are looking a RoPax for 15 months charter period as follows:



-Max LOA / Beam / SW Draft : 200 / 30 / 8 meters.

-Vessel to be fitted with Bow and Stern ramps.

-Distances between Vsls ramp hinges (Bow/ Stern) and water line to be easily adjustable to suit Charterers quay heights varying between 0.80 / 220 m (Basis max up/down 3 slope on each ramp).

-Pax intake Min 1,500 Pax (Vsl certified for short international voyages) with at least 1200 berths + minimum 80 berths for Chrs catering crew/personal + Min 500 European cars alternatively min 1,500 lanemeters for road trailers (About 90 units).

-Vsl to perform a service speed of minimum 21 knots with an output of 85 % MCR in weather Conditions: Beaufort force 4 and Douglas sea state 3 in Mediterranean temperature / climate.

-Vsl to be fully air-conditioned (In cold winter / hot summer seasons in North / South Mediterranean sea).

-Vsl to be fitted with the necessary galleys and restaurants suitably adapted to feed and serve the whole Vsls passengers intake including Ows crew and Chrs catering crew/personal.

-Time Charter period of 15 months more or less up to 5 days in Chrs option.

-Full deck /engine crew.

-Delivery: APS one Algerian port in Chrs option.

-Laycan: JULY-OCTOBER 2025(Exact date / time to be agreed however Ows to allow Chrs 48 hrs free time for Vsls preparation and the familiarization of Chrs catering crew/personal with the Vsl).

-Redelivery : DOP one port w/i trading limits in Chrsoption.

-Trading limits: Chrs liner services with passengers and their cars + road trailers / cargoes between safe ports / berths / anchorages in the central Med, Chrs intention to operate the Vsl between Algerian Ports and FrenchMed / SpanMed (Mainly between Oran /Algiers/Bejaia and Marseilles / Alicante).

-Any negotiations and / or possible fixture are subject to vessel?s inspection in normal trading conditions.
