2 # Gas Turbine PG6561B Situation Description



The existing 2 # gas turbine is a PG6561B gas turbine produced by Nanjing Gas Turbine Motor (Group) Co., Ltd. The generator is a QFR-38-2 produced by Nanjing Steam Turbine Factory, and the control system is MKVIe. The rated power of the unit is 39.62MW (natural gas), the rated speed is 5133r/min, the rated turbine exhaust temperature is 532 ?, the heat consumption rate is 11480KJ/KWh, the factory number is 200101, and the product serial number is 00418.



This unit was relocated from Dalian Gas Turbine Power by Kefeng Thermal Power in 2011. It was invested and constructed in May 2000 and completed in November 2001. After completing the "72+24" hour trial operation, it was shut down and ceased operation in December 2007. The fuel used for unit debugging is 180 # heavy oil and diesel.



In 2013, during the second phase of construction, the unit underwent a "oil to gas" transformation, using DLN1.0 low nitrogen burners. Since its launch, a total of 24558 hours of ignition operation have been carried out, including 22379 hours of premixed combustion operation, with a total of 1250 start stop cycles. The unit underwent a medium maintenance in 2017 and commissioned GE Qinhuangdao factory to repair the secondary fuel nozzle (duty flame nozzle) and turbine primary nozzle. The flame tube, transition section, and turbine primary moving blades were inspected.



The second intermediate maintenance will be carried out in April 2024, which will repair the flame tube, transition section, turbine first stage nozzle, first stage moving blades, and second stage moving blades, and conduct on-site inspections of other hot channel components.
