An inspection (TPI) is possible for a deposit of 25% into escrow, which is fully refundable if the specifications do not match the material offered.

The offer is valid for 15 (fifteen) days from todays date or if sold.



The validity of the offer remains with the signing of a letter of intent (LOI/NDA) and provide POF within the 15 (fifteen) days. A (LOI/NDA) is to be signed prior to the TPI. details of the TPI company shall be provided by the Buyer 15 (fifteen) working days in advance if the Buyer wishes to conduct a TPI inspection.



Terms of payment:



• 25% (fifteen per cent) deposit of the total purchase price, prior to carrying out a TPI inspection and corresponding LOI/NDA. Fully refundable if specifications do not match those quoted.



• 75% (eighty-five per cent) of the total purchase price within 7 (seven) working days.



The dismantling and general overhaul begins once the full purchase price has been received. After approx. 6-8 months, the nine turbines are refurbished and ready for loading in Jebel Ali harbor.
