4. Full Data Disclosure: Once signed, we will disclose all technical details of the turbine.



5. 20% Deposit of the Sale Amount: A deposit is required to secure the turbine sets.



6. 50% of the total purchase price shall be paid upon favorable inspection.



7. 30% Payment of Remaining Balance: The remaining 30% must be paid via Letter of Credit before equipment mobilization.



8. Equipment Delivery and Shipment: Upon receipt of final payment, we will prepare the equipment for shipment.



9. Gearbox and Generator: 50% after inspection
