2x Siemens Turbo Compressor Plants for sale (to N.Sea operation or other?)



We have for sale ready for shipment 2 packages of Siemens SGT 800 classic packages .



Both turbines were stopped and dismantled by Siemens Energy and our supplier in March and April 2022 and are ready for immediate re-installation.



Now one turbine is waiting in Germany for transportation and the second turbine (47,5 MW) is already stored in our suppliers warehouse in Poland.



We are direct to the owners of both turbines and for serious customers we can deliver turbines directly as equipment suppliers .

General informations :



Commissioning: Q4 2007/Q1 2008



Performance :



Turbine 1 : 45 MWe 50 Hz



Turbine 2 : 47,5 MWe 50 Hz



Upgrading to 50 MW each turbine is possible.



Status 11/22/2021



Operating hours 1 : 110,500 EOH.



Operating hours 2 : 118,120 EOH



Last maintenance:



Turbine Worth : Level B at 100.00 EOH



Turbine Eltmann : Level D performed at 95,000 EOH (new hot pass blades and vanes)



The A inspections were carried out in accordance with the inspection plan.



Service a maintenance :



Full service and maintenance contract was provided by Siemens ( value 15 mln euro for each turbine , service invested cost totally with upgrade and gear renovation ca. 20 mln euro investment )



History : A German independent expert performed a service history analysis of turbines. If requested, the results of the expertise will answer most of the service questions.



Upgrades :



Both turbines were delivered originally as A type with guaranteed 45 MW capacity .



One turbine was in 2010 upgraded to A+ type with guaranteed 47,5 MW (incl. new rotor ) .



However, the maximum capacity of both turbines is 52 MW and is electronically limited to 50 MW (we have Siemens certificate confirming 50 MW)



Generator : original Siemens generator 11 kV 50 HZ



Price for each one turbine package will be quoted on request.



Spare parts : included spare parts : 675 used blades and vanes , ca. 2000 items of spare parts .



Price for two units is Euro 15,990,000 for two units FOB European port +

Volume flow 250-480,000 square cubic meters per hour



Discharge pressure reaches 1,000 Bar. One unit is brand new and one unit been operating for a few months only, they are still in the industrial packing boxes, preowned by Shell.



They are now in the Netherlands.



To be sold for Euro 60 million or less.



It converts gas into liquid and vice versa. Manufactured by the German company Siemens.



It is usually made upon request only. It takes 3 years to manufacture and was sold for 60 million Euros.



There are (2) turbo compressors, one of which is new and still in the boxes, and the other has been used for several months. They are now in the Netherlands. They were owned by Shell in one of the African countries, and Siemens Company is responsible for installing and maintaining them and training the technical staff. All of this is included in the price.



The volume flow 250-480,000 cubic meters per hour and the discharge pressure reaches 1000 Bar .



The company is looking for a BUYER, and we could get a price of less than 60 million Euros.
