1) Price : USD 92 Millions FOB China Port ( For the complete set of equipments including BOP )



2) Approximate Freight Cost - USD 12.95 Millions - Insurance cost to Buyers account



3) Erection / Commissioning - USD 36 Millions



Transport charges from Discharge port to Project site is buyers responsibility



Item 2 & 3 is budgetary only , final price will be confirmed upon signing of Binding contract



Equipment Delivery Time : 2 Months after advance payment



Transport Time : 2 Months to the Any safe Port



Erection / Commissioning Time : 8 Months after all Equipments arrive at Project site .



Terms / Conditions for the Erection/ Commissioning will be informed upon signing of the contract .



Payment Terms :



For inspection $2,000,000 deposit into escrow 100% refundable if NOT as presented



1) 20% Advance after inspection / Boroscope and upon signing binding contract



2) 25% When equipments are ready for dismantling



3) 25% When equipments are ready for loading into containers



4) 15% When ready for trasport to the Port



5) Balance when issue shipping documents
