GT/NT: 3890 / 1945 per vessel



Total net ton: est 9100 tons

Less corrosion: balance est 3500 tons



NOTE:

The above specifications are derived from local domestic ship registry certificates

There are no proof of LDT (light ship weight) because these vessels doesnt have class

Seller estimated the weight to be 3500 tons after deduction of corrosion but expected the final weight to be more than that

Laid up for 2 years

Buyers are welcome to inspect



2 OPTIONS OFFER FROM SELLER:



1ST OPTION: OUTRIGHT PURCHASE (lumpsum basis).

Cost of 4 vessels : USD 850,000 lumpsum @ 3500tons.



Payment term:-

A 30% deposit required by the seller after signing of MOA and balance before taking delivery of cargo.

Buyers are welcome to inspect after LOI and $50,000 deposit into escrow





2nd OPTION: CUT AT JOB SITE (per ton basis).

A. Cost of 4 vessels : USD 248 per ton.



B. Including: 2 months free of berthing ground to do cutting.



C. Including: Documents.

-work permit.

-marine dept approval to cut.



D. Option to hire local crew cutter @ USD 88 per ton.

Price including of manpower and consumables .

Total crews: 20 available .



Payment term:-

1. A 30% deposit required by the seller after signing of MOA. Note deposit amount is based on assessment quantity of 3500tons

2. However, buyer to pay vessels based on tonnage after cutting the vessel

3.Balance payment will be based on actual physical weighing of cut vessel per ton basis.

4. Weighing scale is available for rent to be stationed at job site.



OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION:



WEIGHING SCALE AND READY HMS1 SCRAP BUYER AVAILABLE IN THE VICINITY:-

1. The nearest WEIGHING SCALE is 1.5 km from the vessel location

2. We can introduce buyer for HMS1 scrap dealer around 50km away from job site





SELLERS COMMENTS & TERMS:-

Deposit will be 30 percent.

Balance payment would be on physical weighing per ton basis.

Pls kindly take note, we estimated the total weight to be 3500 tons. But we expect the final weight to be more than that. Hence why we propose payment on per ton basis.
