Client has a genuine & immediate purchase requirement for one (1) Complete New Rotor Assembly for a GE Frame 6B gas turbine, Model MS6001B / PG6581, and invite your best technical and commercial proposal as follows.



1. Rotor Requirement

OEM / Original Design: General Electric (GE)

Model: MS6001B / PG6581 – Frame 6B

Application: Generator Drive

Rated Speed: 5,105 rpm

Quantity: One (1) Complete New Rotor Assembly

Condition: Brand new, zero operating hours, never installed, operated, refurbished, or repaired.

The rotor shall be a complete assembled unit, fully compatible with the existing turbine, and shall include at minimum:



Main rotor shaft

All compressor and turbine discs

17 compressor stages with all moving blades installed

3 turbine stages with all moving blades / buckets installed

Spacers, tie rods / tie bolts, thrust collar, coupling flange, seals, lock plates, balancing weights, and all other components required for a complete rotor assembly in accordance with the applicable OEM configuration/BOM.

Please provide a detailed Rotor Bill of Materials (BOM) with the quotation.



2. OEM Status and Technical Compliance

Please clearly state whether the offered rotor is:



GE OEM New

OEM-Equivalent New

Aftermarket New

For any non-GE OEM rotor, please provide the technical basis for equivalence, design/manufacturing specifications, material traceability, relevant engineering documentation, and available evidence of successful service of the proposed design.



Non-OEM offers will be subject to Buyers technical approval prior to purchase order.



The rotor shall be suitable for continuous operation at 5,105 rpm, with applicable critical-speed / rotor-dynamic verification provided.



3. Inspection, Testing and Documentation

The rotor shall be manufactured, inspected and tested in accordance with applicable OEM/GE requirements and relevant international standards.



As applicable, the inspection and test package shall include:



Dimensional, concentricity/coaxiality and rotor runout inspection

Material certificates and full material traceability

Heat-treatment records for critical components

NDT, including MT / UT / PT as applicable

Dynamic balance report

High-speed dynamic balance report/certificate

Overspeed test certificate

Critical-speed / rotor-dynamic verification

Final Inspection & Test Reports

Certificate of Conformity / Final Release Certificate.

Dynamic balancing shall comply with applicable OEM/GE requirements and ISO 21940-11 or applicable current standard. The balance grade, acceptance criteria and residual unbalance shall be stated.



All test and inspection documents shall be traceable to the supplied rotor by serial number.



4. Warranty and Technical Supervision

Minimum required warranty:



8,000 operating hours or 24 months from successful commissioning, whichever occurs first.



Please state all warranty terms, conditions and exclusions, including the proposed warranty commencement date.



Please also quote separately for qualified technical supervision of:



Rotor installation

Alignment / installation checks

Start-up

Commissioning

Final technical acceptance.

Please state personnel requirements, man-day rates, estimated duration, travel/accommodation costs, tools/equipment responsibility, and other applicable charges.

6. Mandatory Scope Confirmation

Please confirm in writing that the quoted price INCLUDES and the rotor will be delivered with the following installed:



All 17 compressor moving-blade stages

All 3 turbine moving-blade / bucket stages

Any item or service excluded from the above scope shall be clearly listed in a separate Exclusions / Deviations section.



7. Final Compatibility

Final compatibility will be verified against the actual turbine prior to purchase order, including, as required:



Gas turbine Serial Number

Existing rotor Serial Number

GE Part Numbers

GE Drawing Numbers

Existing rotor configuration and relevant dimensional data.

Please identify any information required from the Buyer to prepare a firm technical and commercial offer.



8. Supplier Confirmation

Please provide the above compliance confirmation on your official company letterhead, signed and stamped, confirming that the proposed rotor is new, zero-hour, never installed/operated/refurbished/repaired, technically suitable for GE Frame 6B / MS6001B, and includes the complete scope specified herein.
