​Here are the fuels we can supply:



We have access to Kerosene aviation fuel, Jet A, Jet A1, Jet B, JP-4, JP-5, JP-8 and Gasoline, Bitumen, LNG,

​LPG, ​Diesel fuels, Crude Oil, light and heavy as well as other energy products. The origin of the supplies are from Gov. of Iran, Oman, Nigeria, Libya to name a few.



Our source can supply, they are members of the Gulf Cooperation Council ( GCC ), so it,s not hard at all to find out and validate their credentials.We deal direct with top level government officials, ministers, chairmen of refineries, etc., who have dealt with our Kuwait supplier for the past 40 years. This is how we do business.



We need details on buyers tanker location and get in touch with his local port authority representative to validate and confirm they can receive product.Our engineers will also need to talk to his team of engineers to discuss about the product specs for us to blend and prepare the product requested.



If a major oil producer issues and signs a contract, it will be direct to the eligible and qualified buyer as we will need to confirm important details before exporting the goods such as licences/import quotas/tank info/refinery details/etc.

About USA operations:



Louisiana operations:



1) The first facility is a marine terminal located in Evangeline, used for storage, oil treating and oil trading. It holds 18 tanks and 320,000 barrels of storage capacity, with all major tanks having internal floating roofs. The facility is equipped with oil/water treating units and can process 50,000 barrels per day, while the dock can accommodate 2 barges of 25,000 barrels each at the same time.



2) The second facility is a rail station located in Lacassine, used mainly for distribution. It consists of 2 rails of 1 mile each sided to each other. Each siding can accommodate 85 rail cars and currently delivers over 200 cars per month. The facility receives Bakken crude oil (44 gravity) from North Dakota, Montana, and Canada, which is then distributed by truck to various refineries (Conoco Phillips, Sun, Calcasieu Refining, Gavilon, Endeavor, High Sierra, Centennial, etc.) and pipeline stations. We are currently undergoing expansion over 20 acres as we are planning to increase tank storage capacity and allow shorter unloading times.



3) The third facility is our first refinery.It is located in Church Point, having a 30,000 barrels per day production and process crude oil gravities of 26 to 58. The product slate includes LPG, gasoline, diesel, jet fuel, kerosene, and cat-feed (residual). The facility can be interconnected to the ExxonMobil pipeline system for crude oil delivery and the Colonial Pipeline for products.



4) The fourth facility is our second refinery. It is located in Mermentau, having a 23,000 barrels per day production, with clay treating for military jet fuels (JP4, JP5, and JP8). The facility also produces light naphtha (natural gasoline), heavy naphtha, diesel, kerosene, and residual fuel (cat-feed). The facility is located on the Mermentau River and can accommodate 6 barges at a time, while also being connected to the Crosstex’s Eunice NGL (natural gas liquids) fractionation facility.



Please note that all our facilities are registered. Being a 2911 facility owner holding a ,refinery control number, in America, we by law can request any additional volumes of product needed from the Super Majors, as we can institute business with any OPEC producer under the OPEC accord. We also have access to the Louisiana supply pools for any additional demand.

Texas operations:



We produce and blend all of our Bio Fuels (B33, B100, etc.) in Brownsville, Texas. We have total tank storage capacity of about 1 million barrels and rent some of our space to CITGO, who are our neighbors over there. Needless to say, any extra fuel needed comes direct from them and we give each other preferred treatment. The primary customers are Mexico diesel distributors who bring in close to 40 trucks daily; most were provided to us by PEMEX when their operations fell apart. We purchase our crude oil primarily from SOMO (State Organization for Marketing of Oil), from who we contract 2 millions barrels per month at the moment, last vessel having left the Port of Basra (Iraq) on May 11th.



Other operations:

We are currently undergoing joint ventures with owners of gas fields in USA and Ethiopia, with full FERC certification and licensing to export.



It is possible for us to quickly promote LNG business and conclude a deal as we are dealing with the top authorities in charge of the LNG in Oman. It,s done through the Qalhat LNG Terminal at the Port of Qalhat.We can do CI DIP & PAY procedures.... FOB basis, we rather prefer long term supply contract.



For US origin any TTM it can be held at one of their five refineries in US, and visit storage tank facilities, or at their Attorneys office in Houston, as they have all the relevant doc.s.

For UAE origin, same thing TTM can be held in Kuwait at main suppliers offices, both are linked as portfolio
