Originally commissioned as a standby hospital that was eventually never used. The hospital was built in 2015-2016-2017 in three stages, 3 buildings + 2 buildings. The buildings were never inhabited but have always been maintained and are as new. Hospital is located within 50 km from Göteborg (other ports: Ystad, Trelleborg),

Our Offer Price Only: € 3.5 Million Euros (The cost of dismantling is included in our given price of the facilities. Packing and shipping to end destination must be added.)

NB: Replacement value and a similar setup of equipment would cost new between € 10.5 and € 11.5 Million Euros (with or without MRI)



Market value of the complex (5 buildings + elevators) = approx. EUR 15.9 Million (++) Disassembly takes about 30-45 days and reassembly about 45-60 days.



Estimated cost for the rebuild of the complex is at about € 250000.- Euro. All equipment is a few years old but brand new in the sense that it has never been used. However it is unused and as per German law it is most stringently maintained to pristine condition and/or been replaced.

For further information we would require a dated LOI as well as a LOA from a bank and/or buyers attorneys, towards proof of funds.
