looking for exclusive agents to represent Danone (Aptamil and Millin in China / India / Korea)



We would like to offer Baby Milk powder Aptamil & Mellin both made in Germany.



Supplier is looking for local partners for China / India / Korea



We are indeed willing and able to offer well over 800.000 to 1,000 000 packages each month 10 to 12 Million Packages / Year), at the conditions offered. If you are interested in establishing a long-term relationship with a professional Seller, a contract duration of 5 years can be concluded.



The brand, whether it should be Aptamil, can be specified by you and your customers. Similarly, the brand Mellin can also be used, since Aptamil is well established on the Chinese market, it makes perfect sense to prefer this brand.



Please let me comment on the LOI and the further procedure around the basis for a real and lasting business relationship. We can start with a trial delivery and a ramp up phase, this can be agreed in the contract.



The contract is concluded directly with the authorized seller. The details of this contract will be kept strictly confidential.



The payment of the goods is due and payable at DLC after a fresh Q&Q SGS Report EXW. We will assist in organizing the transport of the goods to the nearest train station, airport or port of loading. These costs are not included in the price and have to be paid by the buyer.



We suggest that the next step is an ICPO from you based on the attached Excel spreadsheet with the quantities you require in the pack size and brand specification and send it to us. After receiving, we would then prepare a draft contract and send it to you.



Buyers are welcome to visit in Germany at the head office and the factory and the bottling plant.
