Below are our considerations regarding the questions below:



- At this time, at what stage are the projects detailed?

Answer: The projects have more than 02 years of solarimetric measurement, have the data duly certified and with production calculation, have DRO ANEEL - Grant request from the National Electricity Agency, have a survey, conduct studies, survey topography (planimetric and planimetric), steady-state connection studies (load flow and short circuit), civil and electrical executive projects of power plants, including medium voltage network, elevator substation, transmission line, connection bay, road and access projects inert to the plant, environmental studies, previous environmental license, registration in CREA and technical qualification by EPE - Energy Research Company.



- What permissions do you already have?

Answer: Prior environmental license, ANEEL registration, city council license, CREA registration.



- Which ones are missing?

Answer: Installation license, plant suppression and IPHAN: estimated time limit for the issuance of 4 to 6 months.



- Have you already been granted the connection to the power grid?

Answer: We have the connection studies and access information of ONS - Operator of the National Electric System, favorable to the connection.



- What is the sales price of the kWh produced?

Answer: The energy produced by the solar plant can be marketed at federal government auctions or in the free energy market.

In the last auction, held on 18-10-19, MWh R $ 84.50 was negotiated

(USD $ 22) (20 years).

Through the free market we have a marketing proposal for the amount of energy sold around R $ 205.00 (USD $ 50.95) per MWh (20 years).
