for this Buyer - we need only current KYC with current SKR and POL

this Buyer is very flexible and quickly - only for short time !



The buyer is starting TTMs this week. After full file submission, the seller will get a contract within or after 24 hours.



1. After submission of the draft contract to the seller, DD will be conducted thoroughly.



2. A final countersigned contract will be given.



3. Buyer issues Invitation for TTM in Zurich.



4. Seller deposits Lion Heads in Tibbet and Britton to get the SKR with joint custodial ownership--Seller and Buyer. This is only for a short time eg. a few hours.



5. Seller provides copies of the SKR to the buyer.



6. Buyer makes payment for the LION HEADS at $10M minus 20% per note rate.



7. Seller /Buyer exchange SKR /Notes ownership after receiving payments.



8. Cheers at successful completion of transaction



This buyer sends contracts to the seller 24 hours after receiving the KYC and associated documents. The closing is this week I am told. TTMs from Tuesday in Zurich.
