Several joint ventures can begin at the same time as long as the investment make sense economically. However they want mines with a full feasibility study, including but not limited to the concession gold content, gold purity and gold reserve, the location of the concession, density, mining strategy, mining method, mine production schedule, environmental and social impact, gold deposit and geological overview, and all laboratory results for full verification. The mine must have all local licenses and requirements in place and a proven gold reserve must be determined to evaluate the investment level. The more study the faster they can move on the project. They will not be interested in projects with no studies whatsoever. Once we receive these documents and review them, they will send their engineers to verify everything. Of course NDA and non circumvention documents will put in place to protect everybody involve in the transaction including your company. Everybody percentage will be protected if they are interested in investing in the mine.
