We can continue to pursue ESPO from Russia CIF China & Asia Port.

We can start with a trial delivery of 500,000 bbls, after successful delivery been made we can increase purchase quantity with target at 10m+ barrels per month.

We agreed to accept your CIF net price at $10/bbl , gross $ 12/bbl, commission $1/bbl each side.

We agreed to issue payment guarantee with bank responsible block fund letter or other workable method. Please note, due to Covid-19 lockdown & mandatory 14dyas quarantine requirement, it is impossible to visit HK or China. Also, due to international sanction against Russia, as a US citizen I must be extra careful not to expose my business relationship with Russia in order to avoid been arrested with criminal charges. I can try to arrange bank block fund letter from a major China bank using our HK registered company to engage business with your refineries.

We will settle trial delivery payment after received survey report from CIQ at our discharging port.

All payments will be in RMB. We will make arrangement for you to receive payment in your account at HK, or possible at Moscow.

Normal delivery commence. We request Seller to accept 1 full payment monthly to keep low profile & avoid much attention, because no single private company can purchase 10m barrels/ monthly.

We will provide Authorized to verify on one of our account with HSBC to see our financial strength. Your refinery CEO can contact Mr. Putin’s office to find out who I am, my esteem reputation & our credit worthy.



After ESPO transactions going smoothly, we can start to consumate deals on D2, EN 590, Jet fuel & other items. We do volume business, not small deal. Successful delivery at start will open door for a bright future for much future business & for many years to come.
