The company was founded in 2018, the project is in the commissioning phase.



A unique terminal consisting of two underground tanks with a technical channel in the middle.



The port territory is in the possession of the company with which a 30-year extension agreement has been concluded.



Note! It is possible to negotiate the purchase of the port.



The territory through which the pipeline runs is leased from the municipality and leased for 30 years with prolongation.

Licenses: Oil products storage operations at the warehouse are subject to two main permissions / licenses:



1. Environmental license



An environmental license is in fact a statement of the environmental impact statement (EIA) in relation to the operations of the company that owns the terminal. The company received permission in 2019.



2. Tukes is a Finnish safety and chemistry agency that monitors the installation and operation of a depot. Tukes Permission Required



operations in the depot of the company - the owner of the terminal, including suppliers and contractors, complying with all relevant regulatory legal acts. Based on the opinion of external experts, the application for permission of Tukes is approved.



Work was carried out at the depot for commissioning and the work has not yet been completed (it will take approximately 7-8 months).
