(March 2022) – The facility was custom designed and built to take wood waste from an adjacent hardwood flooring factory and produce bio-oil for bottling.

Bio-oil was also used as a liquid fuel source for a 2.5MW Orenda turbine generator, sending electricity directly into Ontarios hydro grid via on-site transformers.

The plant has very few operating hours with some components actually in new, unused condition.
