• Price: $ 1.00 gross per gallons

• Net: $ 0.98 net per gallons

1) Buyer issues an official ICPO/LOI inserting sellers terms and procedures.

2) Seller issues memorandum of understanding (MOU), title tanker take over and commercial invoice for the product quantity on board, buyer endorses and send back with NCNDA/IMFPA

3) Seller issue the pop documents as listed below: *Declaration of Product Ownership. *Certificate of Origin.

*Bill of Lading.

*Inspection Report.

*Vessel Notice.

*Cargo Manifest.

*Vessel Q88.

*Invoice for LC guarantee payment.

4) Upon receipt confirmation of the above documents by the buyer, buyers shipping agent contact vessel master to verify pop documents/vessel position.

5) Buyer issue LC for 45 days for the total product value within 48 hours via MT103 to sellers nominated bank as transaction guarantee.or buyer issue LC mt 700 / sblc mt 760.

6) Upon receipt confirmation of the above payment, seller issue: *Approval to Export Certificate.

*Export License Certificate.

*Authorization to Board Vessel (ATBV).

*Dip Test Authorization (DTA).

*Ullage Report

And all shipping documents will be re-issued in the buyers name and vessel will be sent to buyer discharge port.

7) Upon arrival of the vessel at buyers discharge port, buyer pays the Remaining total 100% product value after successful CIQ/SGS or equivalent inspection via TT/MT103 and title of product ownership transferred to buyer.

8) Seller pays commission to agencies, broker and intermediary as per Signed NCNDA/IMFPA
