The general company of airways intends to lease two aircraft’s type A330 on ACMI basis at the beginning of February to do Haj & Aummra flights from Iraq and flights to other destinations on demand .



Interested companies should comply with terms of proposal listed below



1- the lessor’s must hold a valid air operator certificate (AOC)



2-the LOPA of the aircraft must be economy class



3-the lessor’s must provide a reliable backup fleet support to ensure continuity of scheduled operations in case of an AOG situation due to technical or any other issues



4- the lessor’s shall be solely responsible for obtaining all over - flights permits, landing permits and or other clearances required by EU AUTHORITIES AND SAUDI ARABIA AUTHORITIES AND ALL OTHER ROUTS OPERATED BY IRAQI AIRWAYS.

MUST INCLUDE SAUDI FOAC



5-the offer should include the block hours price with minimum number of block hours
