An Australian Airline is for sale



With an Airline Operator Certificate (AOC) available now due to buyers failure to raise the funds needed as promised last year.



The company is in Liquidation and we have done an enormous amount of work to be able to bring it out of Liquidation and present it debt free with the AOC.



The price is USD 7,000,000 paid in AUD at exchange rate at the day



This includes the Company with the buyer getting automatically AUD 6.4 million of tax credits so there will be no tax for quite some time and an AOC specific to a B757.



That being said the company previously was a cargo operator with a B757.



The AOC only requires one B757 and has an allowance to extend to any jet aircraft and any form of operation, which includes passengers.



There is no aircraft or office included although suitable assets have been located and identified.



There is also included in the price licenses to operate International routes which includes one to mainland China.



If you require a fully committed team to conduct the reinvigoration of the AOC and establish the airline there is an additional cost of AUD 3 million. This includes, as well as the CAMO team led by an Australian expert in aviation, a full business plan which optimises certain agreements.



If bought now the completed package can take advantage of the incredibly lucrative summer months in Australia (around November 2023).
