New Release Offer - Complete EU Hospital (200 to 250 beds capacity) inventory for sale.

We have the following incredible opportunity to offer:



Attached and below, an offer of a complete hospital inventory/equipment (200-250 beds) that is now up for sale. I have attached, along with the list, for better understanding, the drawings and some pictures of the buildings where the hospital is installed now. The building is NOT included



Reason being, the hospitals buildings will be converted to a nursing and retirement home.



It is a relatively new hospital equipment, with CT, MRT, digital X-ray equipment as well as endoscopy only 2020 to 2021 exchanged.



NB: Replacement value on the complete inventory stands @ € 53 Million EUR



Main parts of the equipment where only 2-3 years ago acquired and are new medical technology such as CT for new price @ around € 2.1 Million EUR and l ikewise the nearly new 2021 MRT for acquisition priced @ around € 2.4 Million EUR.



Offer Option A. If the client is dismantling the equipment by himself, the price is @ € 12.9 Million EUR, dismantling must be finished by end of September.



Offer Option B. If a professional dismantling and packing service are made by us the price is @ € 14.5 Million EUR, in total approx. 50 to 60 containers full.



For further information and details we will have to kindly request a LOI and a POF. Due to prior experience, we have been inundated with Brokers and Agents that we now require these two formalities. Also please be aware that this is our lowest negotiated price with the seller. Whatever you/agents/brokers require, it will need to be over and above as well as contractually arrange and accepted by the vendor.
