Observation

The complete engine consists in 3 parts

1) Cylinder part ( Top part)

Following major parts

Cylinder frame, Cylinder covers complete with exhaust valve,

Fuel valves, air start valve, water jacket, Fuel pumps, Cylinder Liner, Piston with rod, Cam shaft, After cooler, Auxiliary blower,

exhaust manifold and miscellaneous pipe lines

2)Frame part (Middle part)

This part couldn’t be seen as it is covered by galvenise sheets.

3) Bed plate (Bottom part)

Crankshaft, Fly wheel, Turning gear, Damper wheel,

All other assembly parts are packed in other separate boxes.

One complete cylinder unit spares like a cylinder head with an exhaust valve, piston with rod, cylinder liner,

bearings etc .available extra as spare packed in wooden boxes.

Some other small spares are also available packed in wooden boxes.

Turbocharger tools, main engine tools, exhaust valve grinding machine, working table for Cylinder head.
